If you believe it, then do it

In 2024 today I am in my early 30s And the fact is half of it was spent sleepless.

One day in my high school year, I asked my mom why I can’t sleep. And I just realized that my head was simply asking questions this whole time. It’s loud. It made me can’t sleep.

Then I went to law school and sitting in a philosophy of law class, prompted to another heavy question such as “egg or chicken first”.

So I think that was something.

And then I got into a communication agency where I learn so much about communication, understanding context, interpretation and so on, and realize that how bad we are at interpreting and communicating which led is into misunderstanding, separation, fight, war, etc.

Unconsciously, I keep walking on this path, and it led me to a job role called User Research. It’s a job where we use heavy criticism as a weapon not to criticise but to find answer and produce strong solution.

I studied many methods, etc, and all those years, helps me to basically learn how to “understand”.

So when I believe in something, I will do it.

This “understand”, help me to be more compassion. Tolerate. Patient. Beyond that it help me to stay alive, have purpose, be myself, and many more.

Because I understand, so I believe, then I do it.

I became someone who encourage people around me that if you believe it, then do it.

Seriously. If you really understand it, therefore you believe it, just do it and you’ll get my back.
